We made cookies today..oatmeal raisin to be exact. And Mikey LOVES them. Matt not so much because he doesn't like the raisins, he'd rather they were chocolate chips (so would his father!). But we had fun..Matt gave up very early on, but not Mikey. And yes, I made them clean the marker/crayon off the counter...And no, that's not a "do rag" on Mikey's head, it is the Spiderman interchangable mask. Whatever makes him happy!!!
When the cookies were done, I shared of course. But after 2, I told Mikey that was enough. So a few minutes goes by and he yells from the other room:
"hey mommy, are you eating a cookie?"
"Uh, no Mike" (and I'm really NOT)
"Oh, you want a cookie?"
"No thanks"
"Then can I have a cookie?"
"no more, Mike, your gonna get sick"
Now imagine the sweetest voice you ever heard and those big brown eyes staring up at me...
"Pwease can I have a cookie?"
Ok, he won....not just 1 but two more cookies. And he didn't get sick!

Oh MY GOD!!!! Funny guys!!! You have such good helpers Jaime. I am glad to see you putting them to work. Mikey is a heartbreaker...better be careful!! Hope Matt had a great day at hockey. Amazing how quickly he picked up that skating thing!!!! Keep laughing!!!Love the pictures!!
